WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If, and only if the product is damaged clearly by Geekster's and/or it's facility will the customer be able to request a return, either for a replacement or a refund.

We are not responsible for damages caused by the postal office and it's carriers. All other circumstances are considered as No Return.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept All Major Debit and Credit cards. Payment options are available through third party services at checkout with full disclosure and confidentiality. Any further concerns please contact us.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We don't accept gift cards at this time. However, Geeksters will be releasing it's own gift card services in the near future! Subscribe now for upcoming releases and events!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If, and only if the product is damaged clearly by Geekster's and/or it's facility will the customer be able to request a refund. Customers will have to return said item(s)/product(s) at Geekster's expense. Once received an email confirmation will be sent and also confirmation that your refund has been sent to the account used at the time of purchase/checkout. It may take 7-10 business days depending on your bank.

S H I P P I N G

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation and takes 5-7 business days, not including holidays. We are not responsible for items delayed due to weaher or the postal office and its carriers. For items that are sold out or out of stock, you have the option to pre pay and receive said item(s) once available for shipping.
